Product Terms

A purchase grants one person a non-transferable license to use Overnotch on up to two Macs. The license includes Pro features and updates in the v1 release line.

The full product can be evaluated for 14 days. Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@overnotch.com. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

The core app requires macOS 14 or later on Apple Silicon. Individual features can require a newer macOS version, Apple Intelligence, permissions, compatible hardware or a supported third-party music app.

Lock-screen features rely on private or undocumented macOS behavior. Apple may change or remove that behavior. Overnotch may adapt, limit or disable the integration when needed to protect system stability.

Sports, lyrics, payment, email and license features depend on external providers. Temporary interruption, delay or incomplete provider data does not make locally available features unusable.

Do not bypass activation limits, redistribute license keys, reverse engineer the license service or use the product in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
